储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 background:
Angiopoietin 4 is a glycosylated protein with a fibrinogen C terminal domain. It is induced under hypoxic conditions in endothelial cells and is the target of peroxisome proliferation activators.
Angiopoietin 4 is a serum hormone directly involved in regulating glucose homeostasis, lipid metabolism, and insulin sensitivity and also acts as an apoptosis survival factor for vascular endothelial cells. It may play a role in several cancers and it also has been shown to prevent the metastatic process by inhibiting vascular activity as well as tumor cell motility and invasiveness. Decreased expression of this protein has been associated with type 2 diabetes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described
Function:
Binds to TEK/TIE2, modulating ANGPT1 signaling. Can induce tyrosine phosphorylation of TEK/TIE2. Promotes endothelial cell survival, migration and angiogenesis.
Subunit:
Homodimer; disulfide-linked. Interacts with TEK/TIE2.
Subcellular Location:
Secreted (Probable).
Tissue Specificity:
Highly expressed in the lung with much lower levels found in other tissues.
Similarity:
Contains 1 fibrinogen C-terminal domain.
